"Mrs.Sullivan, what are you doing?"

This monologue is given by Helen Keller's teacher, Anne Sullivan. The monologue is a speech that Ms. Keller gave in 1918. The video shows Anne Sullivan reviewing Ms. Keller's speech for the upcoming event. Helen Keller was a blind and deaf activist that lived from 1880-1968. Along with many other achievements Helen Keller was the first deaf blind person to earn a college degree. She overcame the adversity of being blind and deaf to become one of the 20th century's leading humanitarians, and earning the presidential medal of freedom in 1964.
